G-FLEX Fenders are fabricated using a high quality fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composite material that provides greater strength and durability with less weight than traditional fiberglass construction. Ready to be prepped and primed, they include the grille mesh partially installed that is easily removed if you do not want it painted. You will find some original designs as well as G-FLEX's versions of other well known styles. G-FLEX body kits and fenders have a great reputation of quality and being able to ship quickly.

Vinylester resins - stronger than polyester resins. Vinylester resins utilize a polyester resin type of cross-linking molecules in the bonding process.  Vinylester is a hybrid form of polyester resin which has been toughened with epoxy molecules within the main moleculer structure.  Vinyester resins offer better resistance to moisture absorption than polyester resins.  It is also known that vinylester resins bond very well to fiberglass, but offer a poor bond to kevlar and carbon fibers due to the nature of those two more exotic fibers. 

Gelcoat - provides high impact strength, excellent gloss, water resistance and helpst blister from forming after laying the fiberglass mat.
