Our hoods and trunks are made with aircraft grade carbon fiber that is suitable for other applications such as, racing, aircraft, and competition marine products. The resins used in our products have a high resistance to heat, and is more chemically stable than less expensive resins. A resin that has a high heat resistance will be less likely to react with the heat created from an engine and sunlight activity. Each Hood is factory clear coated with a UV Stable Product.
