Use this part number if your Chevy Blazer S Series came from the factory with a Horizontal Type Grille Shell. (not with a lattice style grille shell) There were two diffrent grille shells and headlight combos on the S Series Blazer. Please check your grille shell/style before ordering. The Horizontal bar style grille shell has an opening of 30 inches, while the lattice style grille shell has a opening of 25 inches wide. This part number is for a main grille insert on the Chevy S Series Blazer model years 1998-2004 and is made from our Speed Grille material. It is finished in chrome. This grille is also available in the following Speed Grille finishes- black chrome, black powder coat, satin aluminum or our high quality 4MM Billet Material.
