MADE FROM TOUGH FLEXABLE URETHANE. This part number is for a Generation 2 Front Valance for the Chevy Astro Van Years 1985-1994 and is made from our tough flexible urethane. There are side ducts designed into this item and they are not designed to add lights. (though you may be able to customize lights for it) Please note that we have developed more than one style of Bumper Cover or Valance for this vehicle. We call these different styles "Generations". All "Generations" or "Styles" listed for your make and model year will fit your vehicle and can be seen elsewhere on this web sight. It just depends on your taste in styling as to which Generation product you choose. You should note that a valance is considered a part that goes below the bumper area while a bumper cover/valance is considered to be a product that goes over your factory bumper and continues down to the valance area. (Bumper covers keep the original bumper integrity in place for crash protection)
