These Terms and Conditions were created by BodyKits.com to show our valued customers that we are truly committed to helping you get the best deals anywhere. We have gone to great lengths to make our Terms and Conditions as straightforward as possible by showing how BodyKits.com ships items and processes returns. Here is also where you can find out how to contact us with any questions you may have regarding an order or an item.

Payment Methods

BodyKits.com accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

Your credit card won't be charged before the item(s) ship out, unless that item has been specially fabricated or is a custom order.

Shipping & Delivery

Most of our orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and will then be shipped out. The delivery time in transit varies between ten to fifteen business days for regular items, while special orders or custom work may take a little longer. This is due to processing and fabricating the item and in rare instances it may take a few weeks to get the item from the manufacturer. Please plan ahead if this is the case.

After shipping, an e-mail will be sent to you with the information about your package. BodyKits.com uses UPS, Airborne Express and the United States Postal System to make sure that you get your product(s) as soon as possible.

Your credit card will be credited for any product(s) not en-route if we cannot deliver any of your items in a realistic amount of time. Handling Fee

In order to accommodate for the shifting prices in freight and the fluctuating US dollar, we reserve the right to charge up to 7.0% for a handling fee.

Warranty and Returns

The following are policies regarding the handling of returns and warranty coverage for products purchased from us. Because we want to provide you with the best value and still have low prices on all of our products, we have the following policies:

Return Policy

Merchandise Return

If you are making a return, please e-mail with complete details, including pictures, and reason for the return. After being approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and will also be issued a return address. After receiving the RA number, ship the package to BodyKits in the original package and in the original condition. Not all items are going to be returned to the original shipping point, so please verify that the return address is correct before shipping the package. There will be no restocking fee for items that are returned for replacement or exchange. If you are returning an item for a refund, there will be a restocking fee of 25% or $15, whichever is greater. The customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged and was rejected at the time of delivery. The delivery receipt must indicate that the item arrived damaged and must be signed by the customer and the delivery person. If possible call us immediately as well. Sliding ragtops, air ride components, bodykits, wheels, and tires are not returnable for refund or exchange.

Any return or exchange must be notified to and authorized by the sales representative, by phone only, within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without an RA number and authorization by the BodyKits.com sales person. The product(s) will not be accepted for return if the product has been used or modified. After 14 days, no returns will be accepted and ALL returns are subject to the 25% restocking fee. Please Note: There are NO returns on special order items.

Shipping Damages For Items Arriving Via Freight Delivery

The parts must be shipped back to us in new, re-saleable condition, and in the original packaging. If you have painted or altered the parts in any way, they will not be accepted or credited. We reserve the right to reject all returns on non-defective products and all returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items not subject to returns are those that arrive by special delivery or truck freight including, but not limited to; body kits, bumpers, wings, hoods and wheels. No exceptions will be made. If the item shows up damaged, it must be signed for as "damaged" upon delivery, or it is not going to be eligible for exchange. Because some products may be damaged during transit, it is advised that you inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all of the packages have been inspected and pass that inspection. If your package has been damaged, sign the delivery slip "damaged" and have the delivery person take it back . Keep a signed copy of the receipt with your signiture and the drivers. Please notify BodyKits.com within 24 hours. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the damage claim being denied.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipped order shows up with obvious damage, you can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the item(s) to BodyKits. If you find damage after the delivery has been accepted, call the shipper and file a damage claim. The shipper is responsible for reimbursing for damaged goods. Body parts ship unpainted in raw form and modifications may be necessary to assure proper fit. Minor scratches, pitting and cracks are common and disappear after cutting, filling, sanding and finish work. Professional installation is recommended.


BodyKits.com has a 14 day guarantee that covers every retail item we sell. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After the 14 day period, contact BodyKits.com to get warranty contract information about additional manufacturer coverage.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of your item, you will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee (35% on special orders). Before any future orders will be shipped to you, these charges must be paid in full.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact a customer service representative right away (855-944-7548 from 7am to 3pm PST). Do not cancel orders by e-mail or voicemail, it will not be processed. If your order is cancelled before shipping, but after the credit card has been charged, there will be a 10% order processing fee assessed. Cancelling your order before your credit card is charged will not result in this fee. Please refer to the Merchandise Return above before returning an item for all items that have already been shipped. Please Note: Special order items can not be cancelled.

Order Error

If merchandise ordered has not been received, please e-mail, fax or phone with the complete details. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue in the most appropriate manner.

Clearance Items

All sales are final on all clearance and liquidation items sold.

Competition Product Disclaimer:

  1. If you modify your vehicle with competition products, it may not meet Federal, local and state requirements for use on public roads. It is up to the customer to comply with all Federal, local and state laws. Using competition products may affect your warranty or insurance.
  2. If damage to the vehicle occurs because of modifications, improper installation or the improper use of the item(s), it will be the responsibility of the customer, and not of the manufacturer, retailer or distributer. There is no warranty, stated or implied, due to driving conditions or unusual use. The customer is responsible for any and all damages, liabilities or repair and service costs incurred.
  3. The customer can only return parts according to the BodyKits.com Return Policy above. And the parts will only be accepted after the rules are followed.
  4. Because all parts are subjective to the owner, BodyKits cannot guarantee better performance or ride quality from the customer's vehicle.


The pricing and items in stock are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any type of error, BodyKits.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse the item within the order, or the entire order. If this happens, the customer will be credited the cancelled amount.

Partial Shipments

Because we want to give you the best service available and to make shipping faster, BodyKits reserves the right to divide the orders into separate shipments based on the availability of products. The customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping fees if the order is split into separate shipments.

All site design, graphical user interface, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof, are the property of Bodykits.com or its content suppliers and are protected by U.S. and other international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on Bodykits.com's website or printed material is in violation of copyright, trademark and/or other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

All material on this site is trademarked and can not be used in connection with any product, service, website or printed material in any manner without written permission from Bodykits.com.
