This part number is for a Lower Valance for a Ford Explorer 1991-1995. This product is made from Flexible Urethane and is designed to attach to the factory front bumper. This is a special order item and may take 3- 5 days to ship. The side openings are designed as air ducts and are not designed for driving lights though you may be able to fabricate some into the slots.
